Skitube is a convenient and innovative train ride from Bullocks Flat through Ramshead range, into the National Park then onto Perisher Valley and Blue Cow Mountain. The distance is 8.5 kilometres, 6.3 kilometres is underground making it one of the longest underground train tunnels in Australia and travelling as deep as 550 metres underground. It takes 10 minutes from Bullocks Flat to Perisher then another seven minutes to Blue Cow.

The Snowy Mountains Hydro-Electric Scheme is one of the engineering wonders of the modern world. With seven power stations, two of which are underground, 16 major dams and over 140 kilometres of trans-mountain tunnels it is a symbol of Australian endeavour at its best.

Sixty two years after the launch of the Snowy Mountains Scheme by the then Governor-General, Sir William McKell, the current Governor-General, Quentin Bryce, travelled to Adaminaby on Saturday 15 October 2011 to open the museum that showcases this monumental chapter in Australia's history.

The Southern Cloud Memorial is dedicated to the airliner 'Southern Cloud', which was Australias greatest air mystery. On March 21, 1931 the three engine airplane disappeared without a trace on a flight from Sydney to Melbourne. It was Australias first big civil airline disaster.

The Stewarts Information and Gallery was compiled by Leigh Stewart, resident of Adaminaby and former resident of Old Adaminaby. A unique experience and fascinating memories of historic Adaminaby from 1870 to 2004. The display consists of historic photos, newspapers clippings, documents on the history of Adaminaby, Snowy Hydro, Kiandra the ski run at Selwyn Snowfields. There are also map displays, an historic video and art exhibitions of local artists work. Books and videos are also available for sale.

The Tadeusz Kosciuszko Monument was a bicentennial gift from the Federal Council of Polish Associations in Australia to Cooma. The monument sits at the entrance to town and commemorates the discovery of Mt. Kosciuszko and the contribution of Polish settlers to the Snowy Mountains Scheme. There is an information turnout, coach and car parking available.
