This self contained apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounge area,, kitchen and large balcony. Perfect to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset over Lake Jindabyne. It is situated on level 2 of a 3 story building and includes 2 undercover car parks. Fully equipped kitchen with all pots, pans, utensils, espresso machine, rice cooker, George Foreman grill, toaster, microwave and kettle.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom (with bath) and built in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and built in robe while the third bedroom has 2 x double bunks that accommodates 4 adults or children.. The main bathroom has a bath, as well as washing machine, and clothes dryer. It includes towels, face washers, shower gel and hair dryers.

The apartment has oil and electric heaters in all rooms and is surprisingly warm during winter.
Summer renters should be aware that due to our archaic strata regulations, no air conditioning is available. The unit does enjoy great lake breezes and Jindabyne rarely reaches above 30 degrees during summer.
