Upstairs
Bedroom 1 & 2 are Ensuite Master Bedrooms: Luxuriously appointed for privacy and relaxation. Each room has its own reverse cycle air conditioning for individual temperature control, black out blinds, hanging and storage space.
Ensuites equipped with underfloor heating, quality toiletries, hair dryer and heated towel rail.
Downstairs
Bedroom 3 has a Tri-bunk (single over double) and a King Single
Bedroom 4 has 2 sets of King Single bunk beds.
Each room has its own reverse cycle air conditioning for individual temperature control, black out roller blinds and ample storage space.
Downstairs bathroom is equiped with shower, large bath, underfloor heating, quality toiletries, hair dryer and heated towel rail.
These spaces are perfect for children or additional guests, designed with comfort and fun in mind.
Main Lounge and Dining Area:
Gather together around the enormous 12 seater dining table for a memorable meal, or unwind by the fireplace in the expansive main lounge. This area is designed to comfortably accommodate all guests, creating a central hub for socialising and relaxation.
Large Balcony with mountain outlook is magic for sun downers, whilst cooking on the weber BBQ and serving on the large outdoor table
Second Downstairs Lounge:
A separate retreat awaits downstairs, providing kids or adults seeking quiet moments with a cozy space to relax or play games.
Just off the Main Entry or Garage if you choose to enter via the large double garage you'll find a large heated mud room designed with boot rack and lots of hanging space to dry your outdoor gear.
The large garage is secure and safe and has bike racks and ample space to store your outdoor equipment skis, boards, bikes, canoes etc. It also has a dart board doubling as a games room.
The Timber House includes a laundry with a washing machine and dryer for guests use.
