Your Host Nigel Ayling – Certified Cicerone® Beer Server & Beer Educator Nigel Ayling has spent more than 30 years exploring the world of beer. As a Certified Cicerone® Beer Server and passionate Beer Educator, Nigel loves helping people discover just how diverse and fascinating beer can be. Nigel is the founder of the South Coast Ale Trail, which connects independent breweries across the region, and has worked with brewers, beer festivals and industry organisations throughout Australia. Through his work as “The Beerducator”, Nigel has introduced thousands of people to new beer styles, ingredients and brewing traditions through tastings, events and educational experiences. At the South Coast Tap House, Nigel personally hosts all of the tasting experiences, guiding guests on a relaxed and engaging journey through the flavours, stories and history behind great beer.
