Taste classic Hunter Semillon, explore Shiraz or Chardonnay, and understand why each wine tastes the way it does. I’m passionate about the Hunter, with years of experience in hospitality and working with people. I’ve run my own restaurant, organised weddings, and completed WSET Levels 1 and 2 in wine and spirits, so I’ll guide you through the day in a way that feels personal, and easy to enjoy.
