About this property
The perfect country weekender with views of the snow-capped Snowy Mountains. A 1km stroll to the Snowy River. We offer a relaxing alternative to nearby Jindy within 1hr to Kosciuszko NP. Hit the slopes, hike, wine&dine, bike, fish, or enjoy the fireplace. Dalgety is small but you are by no means in the middle of nowhere. The cottage & it’s garden surrounds are yours to enjoy but our home is also on the 8 acres. The cottage is completely private but you may hear occasional kids or dogs playing.

Open living with fireplace, large dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Plethora of boardgames, kids' toys & books to keep you entertained.
Standard mod cons, smart tv, bluetooth speaker etc
Firepit with fairy lights on the front porch. Perch up and take in the view of the snowy moutains and snowy river.
Relax with a cuppa or wine on the back deck under the fairy lights in the outdoor tub!
2 bedrooms in the cottage. Main bedroom with king & sofa and second bedroom with double bed.
MAX 6 GUESTS
The cottage is designed best for two couples or small families. 6 guests would definitely be squishy and only opened up for those families whose kids are happy to share beds in the same room.
CHECK IN after 2pm CHECK OUT by 10am
Four-legged friends are welcome to stay on request but please note the cottage isn't fenced.
Guest access:
You have access to all areas of the cottage except the cupboards in the laundry. You will be able to come and go as you please without restriction.
Other homes on the property are restricted and occupied by the host.
Other things to note
Firewood, coffee pods and cooking basics supplied.
Telstra gets full coverage but Vodafone and Optus may not have much reception on our property. Wifi is available and is pretty good most of the time.
