Perfect for families or a group of friends this newly renovated 4 Bedroom self contained apartment sleeps 10 people and is located in the main village and is centrally located to the restaurants, bars and Kosciusko chairlift. Alternatively the shuttle bus leaves regularly from outside the apartments to head to Friday Flat.

The comfortable 2 story apartment has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with a spa bath and another with bath) and a large dining area with seating for 10 guests. There is a gas fire place plus individual heaters in each room as well as 2 drying cupboards (one of which is a walk in room with boot warmers).

The kitchen has a new 900mm oven with gas cook top and Caesarstone bench tops and all appliances are close to new. The bathrooms have heated towel rails and underfloor heating and have been updated with glass shower screens and stone bench tops.

There are long balconies both upstairs and downstairs where you can sit to enjoy the amazing view of the ski slopes.

Kara's apartment really is like a home away from home, the comfortable beds have feather doonas, and there is access to movies, games and of course free wireless internet. The fully equipped kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances and an all-important dishwasher and washing machine.

AS PRICING VARIES SIGNIFICANTLY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, PLEASE REQUEST A QUOTE FOR YOUR PREFERRED DATES. Price per night varies depending on length of stay and time of year. The Stayz pricing is a guide only.

Winter and Summer activities for the whole family

Thredbo has a variety of activities to create the perfect holiday, whether it be as relaxing as possible or action packed, you will have a great time.
During the ski season, it is the ideal place to unwind and relax after a great day skiing, where you can watch the snow fall from your own balcony.

In summer spend endless hours enjoying all the activities Thredbo has to offer including, golf, tennis, swimming, hiking, fishing, bike riding, sailing on Lake Jindabyne and horse riding, with most of these activities just a short stroll from the apartment.

In addition a great selection of DVDs is available for guests free of charge.


Flexible bedding options & length of stay

Kara's apartment #1 offers flexible room configurations to cater to all sized groups. The apartment can be set up as a 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedroom offering and is priced accordingly. Please contact us and we can discuss the options in detail.

Bedroom 1: King bed (can be split into 2 king singles)
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Double bed and 2 x single beds (bunk)
Bedroom 4: Double bed

In addition, as a rule of thumb a 7 night booking including a weekend or 5 night mid-week booking are the minimum requirements, however we are happy to discuss your requirements and see if we can accommodate your requests.

5 nights bookings are check in Sunday night, check out Friday morning.
7 night bookings are Sunday to Sunday.
