Berridale is a peaceful alpine village offering a relaxed country atmosphere, scenic golden poplar-lined streets, and a true escape from the busier tourist hubs of the Snowy Mountains region. Often chosen as a more affordable and quieter alternative to Jindabyne, Berridale allows guests to enjoy more space, privacy, and a slower pace—while still staying within easy reach of the region’s main attractions.
From Berridale, guests can easily access the region’s three main ski resorts:
Thredbo – a year-round alpine resort for skiing and mountain biking
Perisher – the largest ski resort in the Southern Hemisphere
Selwyn Snow Resort – a family-friendly ski destination and the closest to Berridale
Beyond the winter season, the region transforms into a hub for outdoor adventure within Kosciuszko National Park, including hiking, mountain biking, fishing, trail running, and nature-based exploration.
Guests staying in Berridale enjoy the best of both worlds - peaceful country living with convenient access to the Snowy Mountains key destinations all year-round.
